This is simply my learning tool for creative writing. I don’t have the skills yet so please feel free to comment on everything posted here.
I intended to refer life as “keno” as life presents events that are likely perceived as random or accidental. Yet I find meaning in everything that’s happening. So it’s not. There’s always someone (bigger than us) who’s in total control. Rely on God’s love and everything is in its path.
I hope with this blog, we can embrace and appreciate life’s randomness.

I like to describe my self like its random too (but it’s not): Manila, gym buff, athletic, club animal, good dancer, good speaker, health-conscious, confident, 29 years old, nasty, shy at times, flexible, computer geek, conversationalist, firm, loves beach, appreciates life, 5’7″, salad buff, loves tuna, singer by frustration, movie fanatic, spiritual, physical, sensual, sexual, harsh, game, 160lbs., pure-blood caviteño, nice set of teeth, funny, serious, passion for eating, drinks milk, hairy, likes tatoos, knows limitation, music lover, king, non-smoker, social drinker, personal trainer, no tatoo, simple, free, living, dying.

any tips on what type of workout i should to at the gym to lose weight? i’m trying to go healthy on the food too. hehehe

Hi! You can never replace aerobic exercises. There’re lots of varieties of those in the gym. I suggest you visit and check what the gym’s offering. And get further advice from them too.

haha yes it’s me. i’ve put on a lot of weight since having a baby and taas baba ang weight ko since then. frustrated na ako! haha basta i’ll keep trying. =D good luck with everything sev. god bless you. i’ll read your blog regularly. you can read mine too at ynif209.blogspot.com
