The coin turns to my favor.

Am I that LUCKY?

I wished that Vic would be on my team for the class case analysis. Chiefly I know there was this PLOT of the universe. The class decided for casting lots. Vic pulled out the piece of paper. I chanted my mantra: “Number 4! Be number 4!” And so he’s number 4. We are team mates.

I waited at the Roxas Boulevard for an FX taxi. El Shaddai fanatics lined up the same place. Usual taxi routes ARE Sucat, Baclaran, Imus, Dasma–barely hardly Trece Martires City. To my surprise, everybody waited for Sucat. Even more surprising was this one FX taxi, the universe’s customed fit to this lucky passenger. It was only one easy ride–from Manila ALL THE WAY to Trece Martires City.

While on taxi, Louie called and wirelessly generated an excitement to my ear: he found the nicest place for us to share in Nakpil Street, the nearest to the most hardcore Peak gym. Gay-tainted, he definitely has a taste for beauty. No further question.

At home, I dropped the five-peso coin to sing Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida.” I ended the song with videoke’s 100 rating.

Yes, I’m lucky.

Yet, more than being lucky, I believe I am blessed. For being lucky is temporary, if not immediate, relative to your present context (like playing cards, rolling a dice, or tossing a coin). But being blessed is not mere luck nor mindset. It is lasting–part of your system.  It maybe a result of past victories, and because of Faith and Hope and Love, we continuously living–even with failures–in victory.

Vic is never a team player because a team never exist. Nonetheless, I hope he can share ideas to explode our case presentation.

I know I wouldn’t be comfortable sitting in a bumpy taxi ride, but I know change happened as I arrived home the earliest.

Another life adjustment for my new place and yet I’ll be having so much fun with my new room mate.
